This year I have a sunflower, the national symbol of Ukraine with proceeds split between the World Central Kitchen which is sending food missions to Ukraine, Operation Solidarity which splits its efforts between material goods for Ukrainians and setting up networks for refugees, and the International Rescue Committee which aids in asylum seekers through the process and critically supports them after they have settled.
